Owner Ron Brodeur’s focus is on business attire & custom clothing & shirts, where he has over 30 years’ experience. Ron has a trade certification as a “Master Custom Clothier”, and works with clients from Fort Myers, Naples, & throughout Florida by appointment in the store, or at their offices/homes.

Upscale Men’s Clothing & Custom Clothing Sales Professional

Brodeur Carvell Fine Menswear is a Fort Myers, Florida high end men’s clothing store & Custom Clothier looking for a goal-oriented sales professional to join the team, learn the business, and become a Custom Clothing Specialist. Sales experience a plus along with honest communication skills and a friendly personality. Looking for a dependable individual with a strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with Custom Specialist to learn how to sell, measure, & fit custom clothing.
  • Welcome customers and educate on merchandise features & sizes.
  • Assist customers as they make selections by building confidence & offering suggestions.
  • Complete sales process (point of sale system) and update client profile records.
  • Complete fittings with customers and follow up with clients for pickup
  • Prep all custom clothing received and schedule fittings with customers.
  • Keep customers informed of special sales, events, and merchandise arrivals via text, calls.
  • Generate referrals and promote Brodeur Carvell Fine Menswear in the community.
  • Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Become increasingly knowledgeable on custom clothing products offered in market.
Skills:(Appreciated)
  • Past work experience in retail with POS transactions, strong computer skills
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and new client acquisition practices
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly and energetic personality with sales focus
  • HS degree; BS degree in sales, marketing, & entrepreneurship a real plus
Job Type:
  • Full-time at one location
Pay:
  • Starting Base Salary of $41,600. 4% Sales Commission on Personal Sales. Total 1st Year Income Estimated at $49,000
Hours:
  • 5 Days per week including Saturdays. Closed on Sunday
